1. By accepting (acceding to) this Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), the User gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data (PD), namely: surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable); email address.

2. The operator processing the User’s personal data is the Administration of the information resource “learneng.space” (hereinafter – “Site Administration”), located at the domain name learneng.space (hereinafter – the “Resource”).

3. Processing of the above personal data will be carried out by means of mixed processing of personal data (collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); use; transfer (provision, access); anonymization; blocking; deletion; destruction).

4. Processing of personal data is carried out indefinitely.

5. Deletion of personal data from the system upon the User’s request is possible if such a request is made in accordance with the requirements of the Law “On Personal Data” and is sent from the User’s email address to learneng.space@hotmail.com. The Site Administration will consider the request and perform the deletion within ten (10) business days after receipt of the request.

6. The purpose of processing personal data is the use of the Resource and its services, services integrated with the Resource, as well as services provided by the Resource.

7. The User also confirms that the personal data provided by him/her are correct and express full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to the use of contact details for maintaining communication, sending emails to the specified email address in order to confirm the necessary data for the operation of the Resource and/or its individual services, as well as for the purposes established by the User Agreement. Communication between the Site Administration and the User is not tied to any specific method, including but not limited to those specified within the actions outlined above.

8. The User also grants the Site Administration access to the following technical information: cookies, browser sessions, user IP address.
